TEACHERS, LIKE STUDENTS, SOMETIMES FORGET THEIR LUNCH AT HOME OR ARE TOO BUSY TO PUT A LUNCH TOGETHER. THAT WAS MY STORY ON WEDNESDAY. I LEFT HOME IN A RUSH WITHOUT SUSTENANCE. A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE 8:00 BELL RANG, IN WALKS MISS LIV WITH A GIFT IN HER HAND. AN AMAZING GIFT. THE GIFT OF FOOD. AND, NOT JUST ANY FOOD BUT FOOD THAT SHE COOKED ON HER OWN FOR HER FAMILY AND ME. CHILAQUILES!!!! I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER (OR MORE RELIEVED). LIV YOU ARE A VERY GOOD COOK. THE CHILAQUILES WERE SPICY BUT NOT TOO SPICY. EXCELLENT! WATCH OUT BOBBY FLAY AND RACHEL RAY! THERE’S A NEW CHEF IN TOWN.
